Terms of Use

These terms apply to terraluz.ca and to the mobile apps published by TerraLuz Collections G.P. ("TerraLuz", "we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms.

1. Our apps

Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store are licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apps downloaded from Google Play are licensed under the Google Play Terms of Service. An app may also have extra terms, which it will show you. Where these terms conflict with the store's terms, the store's terms apply.

2. Acceptable use

Do not misuse our website or apps. This includes trying to disrupt them, gain unauthorized access to them, or reverse-engineer them except where the law allows it.

3. Intellectual property

The TerraLuz name, logo, website content and apps belong to TerraLuz Collections G.P. or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

4. Stone sales

Each trade sale of semi-precious stones is governed by the quote or invoice for that sale. Descriptions and photographs are provided in good faith. Natural stones vary in colour, size and inclusions.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and apps are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, TerraLuz is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
